11th February: Valentine's Social - 'Dirty Dancing' Tribute - List up in foyer. £10 a ticket. Basket meals will be available. Dress code is casual.

Ladies Night - 'Take That Experience' 24th February - a few places left. £12 a ticket.

We would be most grateful if payment could be made before the function night.

COMPETITION PAYMENT

Men's competition entries will be via a signing-in sheet as normal, but the entry fee & two's fee (if required), will instead be automatically deducted from each member's pro-shop account. Information for the Ladies section entry process will follow shortly, but will probably follow a similar method.

There will be NO CASH entries accepted for most competitions.

Members should ensure their pro-shop account has sufficient funds to enter the various competitions. Pro-Shop accounts and balances can be viewed in the usual way via the club's website or by contacting the Club Secretary.

The above is in preparation for a new electronic score card entry system that will be introduced later this year where signing into a competition will be achieved via a swipe card/pin number. Further information on this to follow.

Members should note there will still be the occasional competition where cash entries will be required such as competitions where the proceeds go to charity or for Captains week prizes etc. This will be clearly displayed on the relevant entry sheet.

DRESS CODE REMINDER

No Jeans, T Shirts, Trainers and flip flops (all members) or open toe sandals (for men) are allowed on the course or in the Clubhouse. Members are also reminded that shoes must always be worn in the clubhouse unless obtaining a drink from the bar to consume outside.

TROLLEY SHEDS

Unregistered trolleys are now being removed from the shed. In order to register the trolley please put your name on it and inform the Secretary. Power trolleys that are not marked will be removed and stored for 1 month. PLEASE REGISTER YOUR TROLLEY.
